Salary:
Some companies will give more benefits and then reduce your salary and sell you the "overall" compensation. You won't find that here. At Razor you will find that the salaries we offer meet or exceed our competition.

Paid Time Off (PTO):
At Razor we offer our employees the flexibility to chose when they take their time off. We realize that everybody's schedule is not the same. With families, working spouses, school, etc. our daily and weekly lives can be unpredictable. To best meet your needs we offer employees an annual budget of 26 days to take whenever, and however, you need.

Health Insurance:
Razor offers complete medical, dental, and vision plans. The difference between our plan and our competitors is that with our plans, your contribution is $0. Most companies require employees to contribute over $300 per month for family medical coverage alone! At Razor, we cover the cost of medical, dental, and vision insurance 100%.

401K/Profit Sharing Plan:
Razor Technology has established a fully qualified (Safe Harbor) 401K Plan that allows you to contribute money from your salary to your retirement plan. Our plan allows investments in several different mutual funds to allow you the flexibility you need to plan your future.

Flexible Spending Account:
Razor Technology has established a flexible spending account for medical and related expenses, such as, child care, that are not covered by the Company's health insurance plan. Participation is voluntary and you specify an amount of money that is deducted from your salary before taxes and set aside for reimbursement of your medical and child care expenses.
